Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to drive the development and execution of our product strategy. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.
This position offers a mix of remote work and on-site presence.
Job Responsibilities
· Maintain, prioritize, and enrich the feature backlog of the client’s mobile app.
· Collaborate with an agile team of experts (developers, QAs, architects, etc) to autonomously drive the app’s backlog and improvements.
· With the help of the team and other stakeholders, implement changes to improve and optimize the customer experience on the app.
· Control the mobile app’s performance, to optimize the client acquisition and level of engagement on the platform.
· Improve product development processes by driving iterative.
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree, preferably in a field of Technology.
· 5+ years of experience in an IT Software development organization, preferably within a highly regulated industry.
· 2+ years as Product Owner, ideally in an agile/scrum setup.
· Self-starter, autonomous and driven, and able to lead a team.
· Experience in Insurance or Health Insurance is a strong advantage.
· Excellent communication skills in a distributed /virtual team arrangement
· Very fluent in English language, both written and spoken.
