We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis, problem-solving, and creating actionable insights to drive business growth.

Salary: $1000-$1200
Responsibilities:
- Gathering and analyzing system requirements
- Creating BRD and SRS documents
- Conduct competition analysis and variances across different systems and features
- Make system enhancement recommendations
- Exploratory testing to detect bugs, document them and track them with team until resolution
- Work as pre sales in preparing proposals, demos and presentations
- Knowledge about MS EPM and SharePoint
- Lead market research and data analysis to identify business opportunities and potential areas for improvement
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business solutions and make necessary adjustments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior-level position
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams
- Ability to think creatively and generate new ideas to drive business growth
